Job Description: HR Manager
Are you smart, adaptable, and passionate about enhancing employee experience? We’re looking for an HR Manager to cover a one-year maternity leave and then perhaps stay on to help us further develop our HR impact across our growing business ecosystem.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or Manager.
  • HR certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in consulting, project management, or civil construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that promote a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Lead and manage our HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
  • Partner with business leadership to understand unique business needs and develop HR solutions that drive organizational success.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
