Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management within a corporate environment.
- Experience working with both white-collar and blue-collar staff.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Must have sober habits and be a team player.
- A clean criminal record is essential due to the fiduciary nature of the position.
- Willingness to complete a psychological scientific profile as part of the application process
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and foster a positive work culture.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
