Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management within a corporate environment.
  • Experience working with both white-collar and blue-collar staff.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Must have sober habits and be a team player.
  • A clean criminal record is essential due to the fiduciary nature of the position.
  • Willingness to complete a psychological scientific profile as part of the application process

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and foster a positive work culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
