Description:
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years in retail or service industry, across regional and local roles
- Strong in HR Business Partnership and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organization skills
- Driven and results oriented
- Good knowledge of employment law & regulations
Responsibilities:
- Be a HR Business Partner to drive HR strategies to the respective stakeholders.
- Deliver responsive and effective day-to-day HR services and solutions to the retail team including Manpower planning, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning and Performance Management.
- Provide consultation and coaching to the managers and employees regarding employee relations issues.
- Develop and facilitate communication channels in order to build up a close work relationship among the Management and staff at all levels.
- Ensure excellent quality and be creative towards recruitment needs within the organization.
- Keep abreast of talent market trends and HR best practices and be responsible for all HR regulatory compliance.
- Be a Singapore country lead for HR topics including but not limited to Employment Act, Compensation and Benefits, HR Operation matters and expatriate management.
- Collaborate and work with the Zone HR team on Compensation & Benefits, Employee Communications and Compliance, and Talent related topics.
- Maintain and make use of HR analytics to recommend and support people related decisions.
- Able to lead or work on transversal projects across the HR team to drive HR efficiencies.
