Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Human Resources Manager will administer the human resource policies and procedures for an assigned unit or client account to include but not limited to: talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, wage and salary administration, training, employee relations, EEO, affirmative action, benefits administration and risk management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent with at least three years? experience in a Human Resource Generalist role.
  • Requires 2-4 years? experience in Human Resource management.
  • Preferring candidates with experience in Employee Relations.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel are required.

Responsibilities:

? Creating and conducting training for employees
? Investigating workplace situations
? Helping with the recruitment and hiring processes
? Addressing complaints from employees
? Improving HR policies and the way the company treats employees to improve team relationships
? Engagement action planning
? Coordinate with manager, supervisors and staff to implement employee relation programs
? Support and counsel employees in addressing workplace issues, advocating for employees when appropriate
? Provide guidance and make recommendations for successful resolution of performance and personnel issues
? Coordinate and measure performance management and competency program for organization and individual development
? Assist with discipline documentation and processes to ensure timely, consistent and appropriate intervention
? Oversee the internal investigation process, developing training, providing support to investigations and tracking investigation progress through to completion
? Develop and administer exit and stay interview program?collecting and analyzing date and escalating finding and trends
