Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Administer employee benefits programs, payroll processing, and HRIS maintenance.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR management or leadership roles.
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
