Your Role at St John of God Health Care
Our Group Services Workforce team has an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join the team on a permanent full-time basis working 76 hours per fortnight.
You will manage your own portfolio working in partnership with hiring managers in the delivery of a streamlined, customer focused, timely and efficient end to end recruitment service.
The Position
- The hiring managers single point of contact throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a service that is timely and efficient, and meets defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements.
- Manage and be accountable for a Recruitment case load across the applicable to your portfolio.
- Provide advice to Managers on appropriate recruitment methodologies and talent sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
- Draft and prepare high quality advertisements, external and internal job board placement on relevant – job boards, advertising mediums, monitor applications and closing dates.
- Provide advice to managers on candidate applications and assist with the screening of applicants and interview processes.
- Provide support and assistance to candidates and employees to ensure they have an optimal experience.
You will have proven previous experience in the application of recruitment, selection and appointment processes, policies and procedures, along with well-developed verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to communicate with a broad range of individuals in a decisive and professional manner.
To succeed you will provide a comprehensive service on all aspects of the recruitment and selection process to meet workforce requirements whilst promoting a positive candidate experience.
