JOB SUMMARY:

As an HR Officer at, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources functions of the organization. You will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, record maintenance, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-10+ years of experience in HR or a related role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

Conduct recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Manage the employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Administer benefits programs, answer employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with policies.
Assist in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans.
Stay updated on HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics to support decision-making.
Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
