    Work as an HR Operations Manager/Project Lead for a Government agency working on a bulk recruitment project. This role is an immediate start for an initial 12 month fixed term contract, paying up to $105,000 + super and located in Melbourne CBD 3000.

Responsibilities:

  • Policy and procedure development, implementation and delivery of processes in relation to the project
  • Provide advice to the HR team regarding compliance
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop processes
  • Administer pre-employment screening checks
  • Support managers with behavioural issues
