Description:
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, facilitate projects and business processes and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledgeable in all areas of Federal and State law, compliance, reporting, etc.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills are required.
- Experience with HCM, Timekeeper, and Payroll systems.
- Knowledge of and experience with Benefit Administration, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation and relevant regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making.
- Proactive with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong leadership skills, influencing and motivating regional team members for improvement and development.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and HRIS or HCM systems.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant human resources experience, ideally in a fast-paced organization with a distributed workforce.
- Understanding of DSOs (Dental Service Organizations) or similar ambulatory medical industries is desirable.
- Professional certifications in human resources are a plus.
PHYSICAL/ ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to carry and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- This position will require sitting for long periods, walking, standing, and bending, as well as using fine motor skills, such as finger dexterity for typing and using small hand tools.
- This position requires average to above-average visual acuity and hearing.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to read memos, computer screens, personnel forms, and clinical and administrative documents.
- Must be able to travel to satellite office locations as needed.
