REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree or Post-secondary Diploma in Human Resources Management or Certified Payroll Practitioner preferred.
  • Excellent Payroll and Systems knowledge.
  • Experience in HR functions is an asset.
  • Experience working in a related capacity, preferably in a not-for-profit organization
  • Strong proficiency is essential in using Word, Outlook, and Excel Social Media applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • Criminal Reference Check required for the role.
