SUMMARY
The Human Resources Professional (HRP) Consultant provides day-to-day and occasional strategic support for members and clients.
Department: Outsourced Consulting Services
Location: Greater Phoenix area with travel required
Type: Part-time intermittent, hours are not guaranteed
Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Manager, Human Resources Professional Staffing Services
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or four years of experience.
- Must reside in the Greater Phoenix Area and be willing to travel to client sites throughout Arizona.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant industry certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and/or Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Responds to project assignments from Manager of Human Resources Professional Staffing Services.
- Provides a variety of Human Resources (HR) Specialist, Generalist, or Manager levels of support for internal projects, members, and non-members.
- Coordinates with the client for on-site and virtual assistance per the project scope.
- Communicates and escalates any updates or issues.
- Provides exceptional customer service to members and detailed, professional project outcomes.
