Human Resources Recruiter/Coordinator

PREFERRED CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two years’ experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Recruiter role preferred.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good understanding of recruitment strategies and familiarity with sourcing through industry-leading sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of all full life-cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking and assessing candidate skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Motivate and efficient self-starter with positive “can do” attitude.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven track record in applying effective recruitment practices.
• HRIS experience would be as asset (UKG preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of MS applications.
