JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive with a strong focus on recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. Should have demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The HR Executive will also support various HR functions and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing recruitment and talent acquisition strategies & attracting talent.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP or work in progress) is a plus.
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting, candidate sourcing, and screening to interviewing and hiring.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to source candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels and initiatives.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to attract potential candidates.
  • Knowledge & Utilization of HR systems like Workday & ADP for data management

Onboarding:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Prepare and deliver new hire orientation sessions.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

HR Support:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
