Description:

This role would be based in our head office in Citywest, Dublin 24, however travel to our other sites will also be required from time-to-time.

Duties & Responsibilities
Identify staffing requirements in partnership with line manager.
Prepare job specifications as required and post open roles via our job posting engine.
Identify suitable candidates and conduct screening calls.
Schedule and conduct interviews with line managers.
Negotiate salary and relay employment offers to candidates professionally.
Gather and organise all relevant onboarding documentation in line with policy.
Participate in recruitment initiatives and events and enthusiastically engage with potential candidates.
Manage the onboarding process which includes gathering compliance documentation, checking references and, applying for Garda vetting.
Gain and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of different visa permissions and conditions.
Adhere to company policy and tender requirements in all aspects of the role.
Build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business strategy and ideal candidate profiles.
Deliver recruitment administration & weekly reporting.
Act in accordance with the company’s guiding principles and adherence to the code of conduct.
Professionally offboard leavers and conduct meaningful exits interview wherever possible.
Participate in HR initiatives such as wellness, engagement, retention projects.
Complete regular compliance audits to ensure adherence with policies.
Assist in employee relations processes with senior management where appropriate.
Maintain training records in accordance with policy.
Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Full, clean driving is essential.
Strong communication skill.
Ability to work on initiative and adapt as the role requires.
Confident, enthusiastic and professional manner with colleagues and other stakeholders.
Previous experience in a fast paced HR team is essential.
Strong administrative skills.
Confident in learning and using software packages, particularly Microsoft Office package.
Eligibility Criteria
Permission to work on a full-time basis in Ireland is essential.
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment.
A qualification in Human Resources in desirable but not essential.
