Description:

INTRODUCTION:

The HR Services Team purpose is to enable HR services at scale, simplify processes and transactions, improve data quality and consistency, and help deliver a great employee experience across Cater Care.
The HR Shared Services Manager is a newly created key role in the delivery of quality services to business leaders, managers and employees, as well as driving an agenda of continuous improvement. This role requires management excellence to lead a service line team, ability to drive consistency in processes & services aligned to Cater Care’s policies and procedures and to identify trends and improvement opportunities for operational quality and efficiency.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

You will have considerable experience within a Human Resources role leading a team in a complex business, ideally within similar industries and environments. As an experienced HR Leader you will have demonstrable experience with a range of employment contract, remuneration and industrial instrument matters, and proven experience to work with a range of customers managing multiple and changing priorities

Responsibilities:

Build and lead a high performing HR Shared Services team that drives results through efficient and adaptable HR processes
Provide all relevant Human Resources documents, via the team, to employees or their managers in a timely manner
Working with HR Systems to ensure efficient use of the HRIS (ELMO), enabling and supporting managers access, working with the time and attendance (Emplive) system and programming for changes
Ensure compliance with all HR requirements including background checking for industry and right to work in Australia
HR data analytics including HRIS system reporting, probationary period reporting, and WGEA annual data management
Industrial instrument interpretation and compliance including annual pay updates and queries
Ensure employment contracts and associated documents are current, protect the organisation from risk and are issued to all employees across the business
