Description:
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES RECRUITER:
- Develop and execute a recruiting strategy.
- Leads recruiting efforts to source, interview and recommend qualified candidates in support of the business needs
- Facilitate or assist with new hire onboarding processes and orientations.
FACILITATE OR ASSIST IN NEW HIRE ONBOARDING & ORIENTATION:
- Verify candidate drug screens, background checks, and skilled assessment tests are completed and passed according to company policy.
- Initiate onboarding documents for new hires in UKG Onboarding Gateway.
- Professionally manage new hire communication regarding 1st day requirements.
- Prepares new hire packets, processes all employee paperwork, and files paperwork
- Coordinate new hire Employee Assimilation programs.
- Function as a backup for new hire orientation.
- Administer the Employee Referral Program.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a professional-level HR position.
- Demonstrable experience recruiting a range of positions including salaried professionals, skilled technical workers, and entry level employees.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrate professional communication via email and over the phone with a high volume of applicants.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, internally and externally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360, particularly Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Demonstrable experience with HRIS Environments, particularly UKG.
- A commitment to professionalism always, including a positive and helpful customer service orientation.
- Dedication to uncompromising ethical behaviors; a high degree professional integrity
- Willingness and ability to successfully pass a background investigation and drug test
- This is a US-based opportunity; candidates must be fully authorized to work in the U.S.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter
- Bilingual or multiple languages is a plus
- Recruiting experience in manufacturing is preferred
Responsibilities:
The HR Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development and management of a full life cycle recruiting process that encompasses six main recruitment stages: preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, training, and onboarding. The HR Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
