Description:

Ladlas Prince refers to the network of consulting firms under the umbrella of Ladlas Prince LLC, each of which is a separate and independent legal entity.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Interested candidates must be Graduates, preferably with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • “MUST” have completed NYSC and have 0-3 years of experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good reasoning abilities, sound judgment, and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to remain organized and work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
  • Good computing skills (usage and terms) including social media handling.
  • Fully resident in Ibadan.

  • A flair for writing
  • Excellent use of MS Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the organization’s services and brand.
  • Manage the organization’s website, including content creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and curate content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Manage the organization’s social media presence, including posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create digital assets like videos, infographics, and interactive content.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and digital marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure up-to-date and compliant company policies and practices.
  • Collaborate with senior management and legal counsel on HR-related matters and initiatives.
