- Process and manage employee enrollments, changes, and terminations in benefit plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit-related inquiries, delivering timely and accurate information to employees.
- Provide comprehensive support in various human resources functions, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of organization-wide policies and training initiatives.
- Step in to provide backup support to payroll when necessary, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
