JOB DESCRIPTION

An Agricultural investment organisation located in Albury, who develop and execute investment strategies for their partners, currently have a exciting opportunity available for a Human Resources trainee to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career within the industry or continue their study while getting hands on experience.
As a trainee you will learn to work across all aspects of human resource functions and processes including workplace health and safety, payroll, uniforms and offer administrative support to the team eg. co ordinate meetings and inductions, taking minutes and other general administrative duties.
You will also work towards completing a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate IV in Human Resources.
Hours are Full Time, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (with the occasional exceptions).
To be considered for this position you must be willing to learn, have great communication skills, computer knowledge and skills, work well in a team, be reliable, punctual and committed.
