EXPERIENCE & MINDSET
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resouces or Business Administration
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR/administration is preferred
- Team player with excellent German and English written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and administrative skills
- Creativity and attention for detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the HR & Admin team
- Handle people admin and operations to ensure employee data is up-to-date and consistent across all systems
- Assist recruiting of new employees and interns, including creation of job ads and sourcing
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees and interns
- Support administrative tasks for the Marriott integration process
- Create and update HR related communication on the social intranet
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal cultural initiatives and events
- Cooperate with IT team for any administrative relative tasks
- Support reception duties when needed and coordination of replacement
- Support in conducting research on given projects
- Create and update internal documentation and presentations (Keynote)
