REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous work experience as a HV engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with HV systems and DGUV 209-093
• Strong organizational, analytical, and technical communication skills verbally and in written English
• Familiarity with statistical analysis
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• BSc in electrical Engineering, or relevant field
• Experiences within the automotive industry
• Experience from creating educational materials, tutoring, and mentoring is meritorious.

The compliance officer is there to support management, but ultimately it is up to management to ensure that the rules are followed.

• Maintain and develop our HV System regulatory.
• To learn the organization and help with integration of systems.
• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the procedures and products within the assigned electrotechnical field of activity.
• Statistics evaluation
• Cooperating with engineers to find development.
• Providing training
• Is authorized to issue controlled documents,
• Takes over high-level tasks such as planning, organization, and management for car related HV tasks.
