WE ARE HIRING AN HVAC IN HOME SALES / COMFORT CONSULTANT.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • 2+ years consultative sales experience
  • In home sales experience in HVAC or similar industry desired
  • Excellent customer service and follow up skills
  • Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
  • Ability to use company-furnished technology products
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Able to go where customers current HVAC equipment is located, attics, crawlspaces etc.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
    Job Title: HVAC In-Home Sales / Comfort Consultant
    Pay: Base + Commission, potential annual earning $100,000 +
    Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality and the Consumer Sales Professional may regulate their work hours accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with customers in their homes
  • Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs
  • Educating customers on HVAC equipment and in-door air quality products
  • Clear and concise communication with company’s customers and employees
  • Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
  • Hands on training on sales process and equipment
  • Build long-term successful client relationships
