Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year Experience in the commercial and industrial HVAC field
• Must have own hand tools
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Consistent and reliable attendance

Subject to random and post-accident substance abuse screening.

Physical Demands and Capability – Essential Job Functions:

• Ability to push, carry, lift and pull objects as well as bend, squat, crawl and climb repeatedly.
• Ability to work while standing, sitting, or laying down.
• Required to walk, talk, and hear.
• Ability to maneuver in tight spaces.
• Ability to use hands and fingers, handle, feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• Capable of operating a variety of machinery and equipment
• Must be able to exert up to 100 pound of force occasionally, and or up to 50 pounds of force frequently.
• Specific vision abilities required include ability to adjust focus and to differentiate between colors and shades of color.
