JOB SUMMARY:

Our construction team, based in San Jose, CA, is in search of an HVAC/Plumbing Assistant Project Manager with a robust background in commercial HVAC and plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Key skills include proficiency in construction management software such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore. Experience overseeing large-scale commercial projects will significantly bolster the candidate’s credentials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing design, estimating, and project management.
  • Proficiency in BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
  • Demonstrated project management, communication, and organizational capabilities.
  • Prior experience with large-scale commercial projects preferred.
  • Must be local to San Jose, CA, with a stable work history.

  • Facilitate clear communication channels among clients, team members, and subcontractors.
  • Uphold quality assurance and safety protocols across all project stages.
  • Prepare and disseminate detailed project status reports to all relevant stakeholders.
