BC Place is hiring a full-time HVAC and Refrigeration Mechanic. Reporting to the Facility Operations Manager, the HVAC and Refrigeration Mechanic will work with the Event and Maintenance team providing technical support services and some preventative maintenance and repair of a variety of complex stadium systems.

• Various HVAC, refrigeration support and repairs for stadium events;
• Repair and maintain kitchen related equipment;
• Analyze and resolve technical concerns and perform maintenance duties as required;
• Works with the procurement team ordering spare parts, and maintain inventory;
• Provide administrative support, complete work orders and requisitions electronically and written reports;
• Provide service excellence to internal and external clients;
• Carry out duties efficiently in scheduled time frames;
• Follow all safe working practices and maintain a safe working environment. Adhere to the stadium health and safety regulations, including Health and Safety regulations and company policies;
• Regular day shift position from 0700 – 1530;
• Perform other duties as required.
