ACRWORLD are currently representing an ever growing 100% Australian owned and operated services company currently looking for an experienced Service Technician to join there team!
Responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance, repair, and installation tasks for a variety of air conditioning systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot system problems, offering viable solutions.
- Confidently handle the installation of new systems and components.
- Respond promptly and professionally to service requests.
- Clearly communicate with customers, detailing the work done and suggesting future maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and documentation.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) protocols and procedures.
- Willingly work overtime during peak workloads.
- Maintain a punctual, tidy, and well-groomed appearance.
