This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. You will succeed here by providing a world-class experience and caring about the customer’s needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

• Experience in residential HVAC
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and office team
• Professional appearance and personality

• Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.
• Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution
