As our continued growth opens up new possibilities our client a Tier 1 National Mechanical Contractor specialising in HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, are seeking a highly experienced Service Technician to join the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician within the commercial maintenance industry.
• ARCtick license, driver’s licence, and white card.
• Current Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Restricted electrical license.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
• Strong understanding of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHS&E) practices.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Experience in commissioning systems and equipment on-site and prior to dispatch for installations.
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing service, maintenance, and repairs on various types of air conditioning equipment within a commercial setting. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of air conditioning equipment.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports.
• Interpret technical documents, instructions, and drawings to meet deadlines effectively.
• Attend after-hours callouts as per roster requirements.
• Work closely with customers to deliver exceptional service and achieve desired outcomes.
