Randstad Property is working with a prominent Facilities Service Provider as they look to hire an HVAC Supervisor to join their growing team. Working on an A-Grade Commercial office portfolio the team provides a comprehensive range of services to well known blue-chip companies.
As an HVAC Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across the portfolio, in particular to the quarterly maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead a growing team, contribute to the success of the organisation, and play a pivotal role in maintaining the comfort and productivity of our client’s workplaces.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned maintenance, responsive service work, and troubleshooting for HVAC Mechanical systems (air conditioning and refrigeration), emphasising efficiency, effectiveness, and safety in execution.
• Approach all assigned tasks with a spirited commitment, displaying professionalism.
• Uphold a superior level of quality in line with industry standards.
• Mentor a budding apprentice, looking to develop a successful career
• Be a champion of health & safety, ensuring standards are meet at all times

Requirements:

• NZ Trade Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
• Current EST License
• 1+ years experience as an HVAC Technician
