AtlasCare is looking for HVAC Service Technicians to join our team in Oakville to help serve our large customer base across the GTA!

AtlasCare requires energetic, motivated and career-minded HVAC Lead Installers to be responsible for performing onsite installation and maintenance to HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems and equipment. He/she will either:
- professionally install HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes. Troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance.
The HVAC Service Technician shall also be responsible for keeping work areas clean and orderly and for driving AtlasCare vehicles, maintaining a mobile inventory of parts and tools.
Responsibilities:

- professionally install HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes. Troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air-condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes and standards.
- Follow all Energy Star installation and service processes and procedures.
- Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC options
- Complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
- Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
- Promote AtlasCare products and services on every call.
- Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
- Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home
- Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers
