    We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with sales experience in electronics, who wants to significantly grow our presence & business in Poland.
    You are responsible for the development of the Company’s turnover in Pland in the field of printed circuit boards and technical parts sales to the electronics industry.
    As member of a small and very professional team, you support the Sales Department in improving and developing the Group’s sales performance.
    You must find, contact, and follow-up prospective clients. We expect you to develop a good understanding of the client’s needs and find a match with our product’s technological capabilities and our supply chain services to add value to the business of client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate al these above elements to prospective clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical or sales degree will be of benefit, but not required if proven strong sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if proven experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the electronics industry or industrial products is required (in the sector of the electronic components will be appreciated)
  • A background with electrical/mechanical or printed circuit board manufacturing knowledge is a strong plus
  • You are fluent in English and Polish (both are mandatory)
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to discuss technical concepts with prospective leads
  • High energy level, self-motivated and able to work without day-to-day instruction
  • Curious and pragmatic, you have proven your autonomy and shown initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Going the extra mile to achieve your results
  • Solid organizational, project, and time management skills with attention to detail throughout the completion of tasks, follow-up is imperative
  • Internet skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with ERP system is prefered.
  • Willingness to travel (driver’s license required) to visit prospects and customers

Responsibilities:

In an international work environment and in a context of long-term projects, your missions are mainly:

  • Development of the Polish market and increase in the Company’s sales in Poland
  • Analysis of the Polish market
  • Technical-commercial follow-up of customers
  • Customer visits (representing a minimum of 50% of working time)
  • Prospecting for new customers in Poland
  • Technical analysis of customer files
  • Responding to customer requests for quotations
  • Help maintain relations with the Company’s Asian suppliers
  • Provide technical and strategic advice to the Company’s customers
  • Prospect new accounts to bring new business
  • Participate in the development of turnover with your OEM and EMS customers to increase current business
  • Manage customers portfolio
  • Issue quotes, negotiate prices
  • Follow-up requests
  • Control the progress of your projects relying on a large technical and quality team based in Europe and China, with whom you exchange daily
