REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 or more years of experience in a shop setting as a hydraulic technician
  • Fluid power product and systems knowledge
  • Proven troubleshooting, disassembly, repair, and testing of hydraulic/pneumatic systems experience
  • Team first and positive attitude with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Hydraulic Technician for a leading distributor of industrial motion, fluid power, flow control, and automation technologies, along with related maintenance supplies, as a value-added distributor and technical solutions provider located in Delta. The hydraulic technician will apply their extensive hands-on experience to effectively assist us in supporting existing customers, acquiring new ones, and spearheading initiatives to support our sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform repairs and testing of hydraulic and lubrication pumps, and related components
  • Troubleshooting to determine the cause of failure on equipment and machinery
  • Responsible for cylinder repairs
