An opportunity has become available for an I & C Supervisor to join Downer’s Industrial Energy business unit reporting into the Outage Manager. The ideal candidate will be involved with:

• Supervise a team of instrumentation technicians or engineers. This involves assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively
• Overseeing the installation, calibration, testing, and maintenance of various instruments and control systems used in the industrial process. This includes sensors, transmitters, controllers, and actuators
• Liaising with client and contractor representatives
• Foster and maintain a collaborative, high-performing, and client-oriented culture of continuous improvement
• Attending daily and weekly planning, interface, and progress meetings
• Working closely with schedulers, planning day-to-day activities to ensure objectives are met
• Reconciling crew timesheets, daily progress reports, day works and variation/ delay capture reports

• Plan and forecast works for the following fortnight aheadAttending prestart meetings whilst continuously promoting zero harm
