MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  • Must be a Bachelor degree holder (Mechanical / chemical) or any equivalent degree.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proven skills and experience in brown field and green field projects.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of professional experience in oil / gas / petrochemical industry.
  • Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills including 3-5 years of experience in interface management role in the Projects.
  • Experience of working with Multiple packages for FEED and EPC Projects
  • Experience in Project execution and knowledge of engineering standards is preferred.
  • Promote team working and productive operating climate with a multi-cultural, multi-national workforce.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

Participate and assess SIMOPS sessions during construction phase and implementation by EPC Team

The jobholder, as a member of Borouge family, is an integral part of achieving Borouge Mission, living and promoting Borouge Values throughout the role towards Borouge Vision.

  • Awareness of Borouge corporate aspects in the areas of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Sustainability, Energy Management, Ethics & Regulations, and Quality Management.
  • The employee is accountable to keep abreast and knowledgeable about his / her role contribution towards the related objectives, policies, frameworks, procedures, and communications for the corporate aspects.
  • The employee shall support Borouge’s strategies and aspects in enriching the desired culture through his/her internal and external communications.
  • Participate site HSE /Quality Audits and coordinate with EPC team to ensure compliance and close out.
  • Participate and provide inputs with respect to Constructability during sessions and ensure close out and implementation.
