Description:
Responsibilities:
- Performs identity and access provisioning, authentication, and governance on AWS & Azure Cloud adhering to established guidelines. Analyses and validates access needs and determines role ownership.
- Assists in the configuration and implementation of identity and access systems and applications on the Cloud. Troubleshoots operational problems.
- Conducts regular reviews on identity access authorization. Solves operational problems that have resulted in multiple incidents within operations to understand root cause and resolve the issues. Serves as a point of escalation for more junior team members in the resolution of access management requests or issues.
- Creates documentation, including procedures, future state processes, white papers, security risks, technical assessments.
- Identifies and recommends opportunities for continuous improvement. Supports the implementation of changes to processes and procedures to meet changing business needs and to achieve department objectives.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
