We are currently seeking an Identity and Access Management Consultant to join our Delivery Services team. The role will support multiple clients in the assessment and deployment of their IAM programs and initiatives. This position will work directly with client representatives to assess IAM policies and procedures, document and develop overall IAM strategy, identify and address internal process or access control issues, coordinate IAM-related communications to the user community, and implement/deploy IAM solutions that facilitate business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology; post-graduate degree in a related field is a strong asset.
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) required.
  • 3+ years of related experience in Cybersecurity
  • Must have experience with applying NIST CSF, NERC CIP, CMMC, and ISO; other control framework experience is a strong asset.
  • Must have experience with IAM, PAM, and cloud technologies.
  • Background in controls assessment is an asset.
  • Must have excellent report-writing experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to think independently and to present information in a conceptual, persuasive, and understandable manner.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Azure, PAM, and IAM is an asset.
  • Adaptable to working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, positive, collaborative, and organized individual with the capability to maintain flexibility and take ownership of projects and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining awareness about emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and technological advancements to uphold the organization’s security.
  • Collaborating with client teams to gather requirements.
  • Managing the initial assessment of client IAM programs and initiatives resulting in a roadmap for remediation
  • Ability to guide clients in gap discussions and recognize technical and process gaps in client IAM programs based on best practices, industry process and technical standards, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • Delivering & presenting reports and briefing clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations
  • Developing target state architectures and multi-phase roadmaps
  • Assisting clients in developing operating models for IAM.
  • Develop RBAC strategies and implementation plans.
  • Develop internal policies, procedures, and guidelines based on industry best practices.
  • Understanding of long-term IAM objectives and the integration between technical and functional solutions to develop a roadmap and recommend timelines for deployment.
