IAM Operation Delivery Manager
ING Australia is looking for an experienced " IAM Operation Delivery Manager " to join our Identity and Access management team for this newly created position based in Sydney.
As a senior member of the IAM team, manage a team of IT Security Analysts (ITSA) with the primary focus of monitoring, reporting and improving the access requests, maintaining a strong client relationship, and contribute to enhancing access administration processes.
Our ideal candidate should have experience leading a team to deliver exceptional service and stakeholder management. You’ll have a proactive approach towards continuous improvement in building the function in line with agile working environment.

• Manual user access provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Review and execute on an existing IAM strategy and roadmaps.
• Oversee the implementation and enhancement of IAM processes, systems, and controls to ensure effective identity and access management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders involved in IAM initiative.
• Manage and resolve escalations from the team and the business.
• Managing CyberArk access, password rotation, vaulting, policy.
