Description:

We are looking for a professional to work in our Frasle Mobility unit in Germany (FRAS-LE EUROPE GmbH) as an IAM Sales & Marketing Director EMEA.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in automotive market;
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Capable of thinking strategically and delivering operationally within a leading international group;
  • Demonstrated capability to set and achieve aggressive targets with examples of creative ideas to grow the top and bottom line of a business;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automotive aftermarket digital tools;
  • Strong analytical thinking.

EDUCATION

  • University degree and postdegree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing;
  • Fluency in English language;
  • Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage strategic sales planning, defining objectives and quantifying goals, establishing and managing projects of existing clients, sourcing and developing new clients and business opportunities that contribute to the growth and competitive position in the market;
  • Manage the planning and implementation of marketing strategies that aim at promoting products and brand in the market;
  • Continuously monitor the performance markets in order to keep informed of trends and opportunities, through participation in specific forums, network development and customer visits;
  • Ensure market participation, following competitor activities, instructing commercial actions and/or development of new products, participating and contributing to action implementation;
  • Lead the marketing and sales team by defining the roles and responsibilities of professionals and evaluating the results of their performance according to established objectives. Retaining a qualified team by driving innovation in the way of people management while respecting internal policies of the organization;
  • Contributes to the development of new products from current portfolio as well as new portfolio for the EMEA region, aiming to offer a full solution to the customers and targeting the achievement of the company’s strategies;
  • Manage the technical assistance and first quality contact with the customers, making sure the responsible team will handle all necessary activities with the manufacturing facilities as well as with the customers;
  • Establish guidelines for the synergy between back office activities in Europe, Brazil, China, India and other teams involved in the marketing and sales process;
  • Develop strategic partnerships with customers and distribution channels while also sourcing new business opportunities;
  • Other duties as assigned.
