    Position: IAM Senior Technical Analyst
    Start: ASAP
    Salary: $950 per day plus superannuation
    Location: Sydney CBD, NSW
    Duration: 6 months

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 6 years experience in Information Technology, preferably 3 years in Identity and Access Management domain;
  • Experience with medium to large (3,000+ user) organisation;
  • Experience in Agile Project Delivery, preferably as a Scrum Product Owner;
  • Full understanding of user access lifecycle and authentication processes;
  • Strong skills in user access data analysis, role mining, and role design;
  • Strong skills in business process design, implementing business process change, and conducting training sessions;
  • Strong skills in in tools (Excel, JIRA, Confluence, and ALM);
  • Familiarity with information security risk management and information security operations;
  • Familiarity with technical concepts, products, and architecture (e.g. Okta, Sailpoint, ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, OpenConnect ID, SAML, SCIM, RDBMS, Mulesoft, and/or PAM).

Responsibilities:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify stakeholders and collect business, functional, non-functional, & security requirements;
  • Define business need, assess capability gap, and define solution approach;
  • Define product backlog, epic, user story, and story points;
  • Define and/or perform test scenarios against the requirements;
  • Manage solution scope and prioritise requirements (product backlog management);
  • Collect and document “as-is” processes, application features / integrations, and data constructs;
  • Define and document “to-be” processes, application features / integrations, and data constructs;
  • Define access request, approval, and fulfilment workflows;
  • Design business and application roles based on current entitlements and business requirements;
  • Define data conversion requirements;
  • Coordinate & collaborate with other teams to ensure system built as designed;
  • Implement data conversion requirements;
  • Provide input during test design and review test cases;
  • Ensure applications developed as design, and drive the resolution of defects;
  • Ensure applications deployed into production as designed;
  • Participate in go-live activity to ensure successful production environment;
  • Complete operational handover to run team and lead user training;
  • Support organisational change management during post go-live warranty period.
