JOB DESCRIPTION ::

Platform Architect
Role Description: - Define IAM architecture and roadmap based on business requirements and security standards- Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, including access management, identity governance, and multi-factor authentication- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop IAM strategies that align with organizational goals- Conduct assessments of current IAM systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement- Provide guidance and expertise on IAM best practices, technologies, and industry trends- Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of IAM solutions- Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM-related matters and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Competencies: Cyber Security - IAM Professional Services
Experience (Years): 6-8
Essential Skills: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field- Proven experience as an IAM Solution Architect or similar role- In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices- Experience with IAM tools and technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, or similar- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to IAM- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business solutions- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IAM certifications) are a plus
