The IAM Technical Lead will play an important role within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function, situated within our Federal government client . This position is responsible for leading the technical aspects of customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions within an Azure and AWS Cloud environment. The Tech Lead provides guidance, technical expertise, and assistance in project planning, ensuring the successful implementation and operation of CIAM initiatives. Additionally, they serve as the go-to person for difficult technical issues, design solutions for advanced problems, and assist the Assistant Director in breaking down big pieces of work into smaller tasks.

Responsibilities:
THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:
- Lead the technical design and implementation of CIAM solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to the CIAM team, assisting in project planning and execution.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, serving as the primary escalation point for difficult problems.
- Design solutions for advanced CIAM challenges, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative approaches.
- Assist the Assistant Director in breaking down big pieces of work into smaller work packages and tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CIAM solutions with other systems and services.
