JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
In this role your will provide expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or will be focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Function with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced experience in the Services & Digital Project Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement projects at various customer work sites in Europe and abroad, including the activities of staff and subcontractors. The primary customer contact for the duration of each project. May commission, resolve specification issues, handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate/coordinate with staff as appropriate.
- Include direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Have knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; are aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- Use some judgment and have some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Use technical experience and analytical thinking. Use multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explain information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Convey performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
