DETAILS OF THE DIVISION AND TEAM:
ICG is a global sales team covering various institutional clients including Hedge Funds, Insurance companies, Asset Managers, Banks, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Banks
In APAC, we have salespeople located across the regional hubs in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney as well as in several countries across Asia
We are looking for a salesperson to focus on exchange-traded Global Futures & Options coverage across all institutional clients and back up sales coverage for rest of Asia.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience covering hedge funds, banks and real money clients on global exchange execution.
- Experienced in executing both Futures & Options on global exchanges in both the rates and index space.
- Prior experience in selling Electronic Execution, connectivity and algo’s etc.
- Demonstrate an established portable client base.
- Experience and ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, obtaining Best Experience for our client base, while operating within the varying rules and regulations of each exchange and region.
- Strong attention to detail, allowing to foresee and prevent most errors and to manage them appropriately when they do occur.

Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with global voice sales team on client relationship management of key accounts to achieve revenue and market share goals
- Strengthen and build relationships with coverage client base
- Detailed understanding of client’s execution model and workflow to provide suitable and appropriate coverage
- Prospecting for new client business within coverage base, sell and present DB supported platforms to meet client’s requirements.
- Perform regular client reviews and visits with pro-active follow up
