Your Role and Responsibilities
Role description: Monitor and maintain banking applications, providing 2nd and 3rd level support. As a part of the Operations team, you will be responsible for project tasks, which may include installing and configuring applications, diagnosing software faults and solving access problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing customer developed applications, log files, job control scripts, file deliveries and database content by using customer tools and 3rd party tools;
  • Participate in the production and maintenance of the infrastructure requirements for the new IT projects and the major releases of the existing IT systems and applications;
  • Provide technical support for the testing team;
  • Responsible for incident, problem, change, release, configuration management, technical support;
  • Perform application deployment (installation, removal, and reinstallation) and adjust the installation procedures and guidelines.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Fresh Graduate or last-year student. Majors preferred are Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Work experience with ITIL Processes (Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management)
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize and make decisions under SLAs
  • Negotiation skills, diplomatic
  • Availability to work 8-hour shifts, including bank holidays after internship
  • English: fluent
  • German: fluent (intermediate/ advanced)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
