Responsibilities:

A new and exciting opportunity has opened for an IBMS Coordinator to support the 7QLD Sales team, based out Maroochydore. The 7QLD Sales Team work on selling advertising space on programs such as Big Brother, The AFL, Tokyo Olympics, Farmer Wants a Wife, The Voice and so much more.

As IBMS Coordinator, you will be the Sales Super User for the IBMS, Business Intelligence (BI), eTAM and Genesis systems. You will work directly with the Seven Queensland Sales Director to provide frontline support for the Seven Queensland and SAS Sales teams. This role co-ordinates with other business units and IT to flag issues or risks, and quickly seek resolution.

Reporting to the 7QLD Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide frontline support and advise best practice for all 7QLD Sales IBMS, BI, eTAM and Genesis users
  • Directly supporting the Seven Queensland Sales Director with system solutions and ad hock reporting, ensuring no cross over of information with Revenue Management
  • Oversee Post Analysis Tracking to cross check data
  • Investigating and coordinating with the wider Super Users to resolve system issues and where necessary, escalating Sales issues to 7iT
  • Participate in system testing for upgrades, bug fixes and change requests
  • Retrospective (but within invoice period) transfers at the request of 7QLD Finance
  • Occasional outside business hours system changes to reduce risk to revenue
  • Ensure 7iT security set up for new users
  • Business Intelligence subscription creation and training for new Sales Managers and onshore Assistants
  • Maintain Sales training documentation
  • Monitoring of Survey Period information and creating new Survey Periods in IBMS
  • Seven Queensland Steering Committee Member – join required meetings and projects to discuss how business decisions will impact 7QLD

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in a service delivery or application support role
  • Experience in a media agency or broadcast environment would be highly regarded
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to effectively liaise between business and technical staff
  • The ability to influence groups of people to gain consensus
  • The ability to quickly learn and understand new business environments
  • High level of initiative, problem solving and organisational ability
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Proven commitment to personal improvement outside the work environment
