Responsibilities:

Under the general guidance of the Hotel Manager you will support the effective operational management and running of the hotel. Assess, evaluate and ensure that the long- term and short terms goals of the hotel operations are met by managing the activities of the Food and Beverage and Front Desk departments, whilst overseeing and supporting the external housekeeping operations.
Assist the Hotel Manager with the development of the brand to ensure its continuing success and help it to grow and develop as per the requirements of The Celtic Collection.
Be able to successfully and efficiently run the hotel and the business in the absence of the Hotel Manager, and communicate with all necessary senior managers within The Celtic Collection as required. Assisting the Hotel Manager to ensure that the hotel meets all the necessary Health & Safety legislation and legal requirements.
