An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our IT team, working alongside an established team and reporting into the IT Manager you will be responsible for the following in your day-to-day role:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND OTHER
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above (including Maths and English)

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, install and maintain computer and other IT related equipment and services
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Troubleshoot networking issues, including connectivity problems, DNS configuration, firewall management, and VPN setup.
- Maintain records held in companies’ electronic systems
- Support the team by handling all support issues and requests and ensure they are logged appropriately
- Help to co-ordinate an activity with colleagues in the business to ensure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external customers
