DESCRIPTION:
Applications are currently invited for the position of ICT Client Services Manager. In this customer-focused supervisory role, you will lead the Helpdesk team to provide efficient, friendly, and solutions-focused support to the school community, with a particular emphasis on service quality and continuous improvement. The team oversees the lifecycle of staff and student devices and learning spaces, and supports multiple applications and installations across the school.
