Description:
We are seeking a dynamic ICT Executive to oversee all technology operations in a school environment in Tampines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the school’s ICT systems, providing technical support to staff and students, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the school’s digital capabilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Location: Tampines
Duration: 1 April 2024 to 31 December 2024
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm
Job Duties
- Design ICT training materials based on school’s requirements, and conduct training for staff and students where needed.
- Support video capturing and editing for Open Classrooms.
- Supporting video conferencing in school programmes.
- Provide technical support and procurement of items for departmental programmes or webpages.
- Research and work on new ICT projects in line with the school’s needs.
- Preparation, conducting and collation of surveys for school and departmental needs.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Polytechnic Diploma [or its equivalent] or relevant WSQ certificates.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in the use of softwares and stays current in the use of technology.
- Competent in carrying out ICT trainings, video editing, technical support and procurement.
