JOB SUMMARY:

The ICT Infrastructure Cloud Engineer will provide technical support and troubleshooting for our cloud-based infrastructure and services, including compute, storage, networking, and security components. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the high availability, performance, and security of our cloud services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role, with deep understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and best practices.
• Cloud Platforms: Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud-native services, infrastructure components, and networking.
• IaC Tools: Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates for automating cloud resource provisioning and configuration.
• Containerization: Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud Security: Solid understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practices for protecting cloud resources and data.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  More than 5 years of experience as an ICT Engineer or Cloud Support Engineer.
  Experience working in both Linux and Windows operating environments

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for cloud-based infrastructure and services, addressing issues related to compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with application, security, and other internal teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of cloud-based services.
• Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor the health, performance, and security of cloud services, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and optimization of cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and manage cloud security controls and compliance requirements, following best practices to protect cloud resources and data.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and standard operating procedures for cloud infrastructure and services.
• Planning & Implementation: Participate in the planning, implementation, and optimization of cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud architecture, deployment, and operations.
